    Yay for Polish food!

I'm originally from Toledo and now live in Columbus. The biggest thing I miss about Toledo are the great Eastern European restaurants; we just don't have that in Columbus. Ski's is fantastic!

They have great homecooked Polish food. I love the cabbage and noodles. You can get them with or without meatballs. Their cucumbers in dill sauce is great and their czarnina is delicious! They have great cheese pierogis, which are my favorite kind. You will not go wrong with anything you order here.

The service is quick and all the servers are very nice. The owner makes his rounds and chats you up. He's a nice guy and you can tell he really wants you to have a good dining experience. The restaurant itself is plain, simple and casual, and they have a small store that sells Polish stuff. So if you are in the market for a "Polish Princess" tshirt and don't want to go to Hamtramck you can find it here. See what I did? I name dropped Hamtramck! That's how you KNOW that I know Polish food.

I wish Ski's would open up a Columbus location!

Fantastic little Polish / American restaurants. They feature traditional Polish home cooked meals. Try the Perogies, they melt in your mouth. Portions are large, so be hungry, or take some home.

Service is fast and very friendly. The owner is very friendly and conversational. He visits all of the tables and makes you feel at home.

It was a great dining experience. Most entries are priced in the $7 to $10 range and come with a salad and side. You can't go wrong eating here.

"The BEST POLISH FOOD I have had in quite some time!!!!!"

SKI'S RESTAURANT makes the BEST POLISH food you could ever want!!! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at this clean and friendly restaurant. The charnina, periogi, sauerkraut balls and desserts were absolutely scrumptious!!! We plan on eating there again, each time we are in the BGSU area visiting our grandson. Best of all, you don't have to be Polish to enjoy the fabulous food there!!!

When ever someone comes to town for the first time this is one of the places I take them to eat! It is spotless, the food is great and everyone is very friendly & helpful. The sauerkraut balls are wonderful but the Polish Platter is the way to go. Save room for the pies that are made daily.

LOVED!! Ski's restaurant is an astounding authentic Polish restaurant. My boyfriend and I went there last Friday for date night and had such a great time. I had the potato pancakes (my favorite Polish entree) and was blown away, and my mother makes these on a regular basis. My boyfriend had the Ski's Polish Platter (a favorite of most customers) with the sweet-n-sour cabbage. I have never had that type of sauce on cabbage before, and it was delicious-- very rich enjoyable taste. I would recommend this for a laid back date or simple family outing. Great beer selection too!
